What styles of pilates & yoga are the mats suitable for?

You can use all of our suede yoga mats for all types of yoga, including hot yoga and bikram yoga. The mats are also suitable for pilates.

Do you have yoga mat bags or other accessories?

Currently, each mat comes with a basic yoga mat strap to carry over your shoulder easily. We are working on high quality bags and other yoga & pilates accessories. Stay tuned and we will keep you posted.

What material are the mats made out of?

Eco-friendly microfibre suede surface on top with natural tree rubber latex on the bottom. The two materials are joined together by heat – there are no harmful chemicals used to glue it together. The materials are also extremely durable for regular use!

How do I clean the mats?

The mats can be easily wiped with a damp cloth or sponge.

For a deeper clean, care instructions are provided on a leaflet with each yoga mat. You can also access the care instructions on the product page for each yoga mat.

Will I slip when using the mats?

In most situations, grip is enhanced by the suede surface. If the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet are cold and dry at the start of your workout, grip may be a little bit difficult. As you warm up, grip will become easier. Give it a go. If you are still concerned, spray some water onto the mat.

Are the mats waterproof?

The mats are not waterproof – the suede surface will absorb water but the rubber on the bottom will not. If the mat gets wet, the suede surface will dry easily when left unrolled indoors.

How long do the mats last?

The high quality suede surface and natural tree rubber are extremely durable materials. Please look after your mat by following the care instructions to obtain longevity from your mat.

Will the design printing fade?

The designs are printed by heat transfer and are not expected to fade with normal use indoors. Keep the suede surface of the mat out of direct sunlight and do not store the mat in hot environments.

Can I make my own mat design?

We would love to hear your suggestions for designs! Send us a message on Facebook Messenger (@happimat), use the contact form or email us (hello@happimat.com).
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to make individually designed yoga mats.

How do I order in bulk?

We are delighted to fulfil your bulk order. To arrange the order and ideal delivery option, please email us (hello@happimat.com).

Where can I find my tracking number?

Please visit My Account > Orders, then click on the order.
The tracking number will be available here after posting.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please visit My Account > Orders, then click on the order.
The status will be visible on this page. For more information, click on the order in the list.

When can I expect delivery?

Standard Delivery – Delivery estimated 2-6 business days after posting for metropolitan areas.
Express Delivery –
Next business day delivery after posting within the Express Post network.

Can I change the delivery address?

Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to change the delivery address. We cannot guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver within Australia via Australia Post. For international orders, feel free to use your own freight forwarders, or contact us to arrange international delivery.

What is your returns policy?

For your piece of mind, we have a seven (7) days return policy. Please see our full Returns Policy here.

How do I return an item?

Please read the Returns Policy prior to requesting a return. Then send us an email (hello@happimat.com) with:

  • Subject line: Return Request for Order #(Your Order Number)
  • Email body: Describe the issue and your desired compensation or outcome
  • Attachments: Include images of any defects, faults or issues you have with your yoga mat

We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

What do I do if I received the wrong item?

Please read the Returns Policy prior to requesting a return. Then send us an email (hello@happimat.com) with:

  • Subject line: Wrong Item Received for Order #(Your Order Number)
  • Email body: Tell us you have received the wrong yoga mat and which one you should have received
  • Attachments: Include images of the wrong item delivered

We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

I changed my mind. Can I return the order?

Change of mind returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please note return requests must be received within seven (7) days of receiving delivery of the goods and return postage will be paid by the buyer. Store credit will be issued for change of mind returns.

What payment options can I use?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

How do I use my gift voucher?

Your gift voucher email contains a unique code. Enter this code on the cart page and the gift voucher amount will be deducted from the total.

Where can I download the invoice?

Your tax invoice is sent to you by email when the order is completed.

Where can I see my previous orders?

Go to My Account > Orders.

How do I change my password?

You password can be changed on the My Account > Dashboard page. Look for the link to “edit my password and account details”.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you forgot your password, follow the link to the Forgot Password page when trying to login.
